At Davi Dollhouse, we take pride in packaging your order with care and ensuring it arrives safely. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Custom wigs, closures, and made-to-order items may take additional time.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), please allow extra time for processing.

Shipping & Delivery

U.S. orders: 2–5 business days once shipped.

International orders: 7–14 business days depending on location.

Carriers: USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

Rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Orders

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Davi Dollhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

International Orders

We are currently not shipping internationally. 

Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once submitted.
